What is the monthly pension?
The Social Pension gives ₱500–₱1,000/month to indigent seniors with no regular income. Apply at your local DSWD or OSCA.
Are seniors prioritized in government offices?
Yes. Under RA 9994, all establishments must provide express lanes and priority service to seniors, PWDs, and pregnant women.
Can a senior citizen still work and receive the discount?
Yes. The 20% discount is for all Filipinos aged 60+ regardless of employment or income.
What if unclaimed pension is left when a senior dies?
