Community clean-up, road clearing, environmental projects, disaster preparedness, and other community service activities.
How much will I earn?
Current regional minimum wage multiplied by days worked. In Metro Manila, around ₱610/day as of 2026.
Can I apply more than once?
Yes, but you must wait for the previous cycle to end before re-applying.
Is it available year-round?
TUPAD is released in batches depending on DOLE's budget. Most common after calamities and during lean seasons.
How do I know when it is available?
Monitor your local DOLE regional office Facebook page or visit the office directly.
Can government employees apply?
No. Regular government employees are not eligible. Contractual/job-order government workers who are unemployed may qualify.
